I have realized the significance of small steps towards a great world only after I carefully noticed how my little daughter, Sudhriti, learning how to walk. Like any other child, she started with crawling, then trying to stand with someone's help, and now, with slightest possible opportunity, she rushes out of the main door.....may be towards a great world. May be the greatness of the world enthralls her so much, that she immediately returns to her small world. The same phenomenon hold good for all spheres of our lives. When I was a fresher, looking at the famous Employment News that time, I used to be astonished, as to how companies require professionals with 15 yrs experience!! 15 looong years, oh my god. But today, all those small steps have fetched 15 long years of experience in my professional career, too. But the world is even greater, and dont know how many such small steps would suffice that.
